I have identified a proper use for ANPR, or to be fair, facial recognition... Problem 1: our cat brings in live rodents to our house Problem 2: Other cats enter our house eating our cats food making our cat insecure. Our cat then feels to get in our good books it should bring home more live rodents....

I have a dvd with the stats on the end of the dvd where the prior opinion show just how good or bad the opinion was. Each atempted ping is recorded. some motorists may have been pinged time and time again. Ie a car traveling at 29mph could be prior opinioned 5 times untill the desperate opperator is...

The "fine" was a private parking penalty which probobly is un enforceable in law.
however your chances of getting the cash back from them is next to zero without court intervention.
You probbly ought to pay your manager the £50 on morral grounds.
