If the cameras don't meet the KSI guidelines, which have a pretty low threshod, then how can safety be measurably improved?

| I've complained to the ASA in the past over Scameraship adverts claiming that speed cameras save lives. They weren't interested in a discussion, and just towed the party line. They couldn't explain the difference between a paramedic saving lives and a camera being a static object, enabling a ticket ... |

| I know guys that have been busted for 36 in a 30 limit on a mobile camera. I would love to know who can tell that the car is speeding from any range.. :x 45 to 50 yes.......but 36, I think not. Presumably the operators are tested to see if they are able to make the judgement. Perhaps someone should... |
