I think cyclists come in subsets like drivers. There are "people on bikes" just like "people driving cars" who just use them for transport, are generally law abiding and make some mistakes caused by not really taking any pride in what they are doing - ie regular roads users. Ther... |

Prof Beard : When you overtake do you 'keep some (throttle) in reserve' ? Could it be that 'they' perceive things differently and become nervous over some aspect of the environment / conditions ? To be fair the government cut the funding - and we saw those drops in numbers, until they discovered the Speed Awareness Course method of diverting funds back into their speed camera empire. Paul always said that the SAC was flawed in that drivers just over the limit benefited from not being awarde... |
