| There's a whole world of difference between careless and reckless, and I think it is correct that sentencing takes this distinction into account. yes and reckless is talking on a mobile while driving knowing full well that it will reduce your field of vision and compromise your reactions times more... |

This is not an exclusion, this is not a "you are not covered" this is a "duty of care" - so what I have to do to mitigate my accident risk. The insured person must take all reasonable steps to reduce accidents, injuries, loss or damage.... |

| I just checked the text of m new insurance policy. I am not covered if I exceed a posted speed limit, drink drive or disobey a traffic sign! :o Maybe that's why my insurance is 60% cheaper than any other company? :lol: So if I now get caught speeding, they can prosecute me for No Insurance as well. ... |
