I tested it last week and I recieved 3 msg. and there was 3 mobile cameras :D Your database isn't going to be all that accurate if you only get the camera location from other road users. Just found this new service where you can sucscribe and receive directly to your mobile via SMS alerts for the location of Speed Traps and Mobile Cameras.
