Please explain how speed cameras catch the uninsured / unlicensed / drunk / drugged / banned who are not speeding but not driving either legally, or safely. Their cars may not even be in their name :roll:

A company can be fined for S172 but no points added, companies don't have driving licenses. The scammers will lie through their back teeth to try and get someone (anyone) to admit to driving though

Just joined after following the links from Pepipoo, where Paul makes some good posts.
Anyway, I'm Mike and have been driving cars for years, still need to get round to doing my bike test though :roll:
