Im not expecting an NIP but i do have 3 points for speeding. I think that people shouldnt me allowed on the road without knowing about how a vehicle handles or what other drivers can do to try and kill you. Several people have confirmed to me that if i get 6 points on my liscence within the first 2 years of owning my liscence, i will get a 1 year ban! and have to re-take my test!???? is this at all true? I have a fear of dark carriageways ever since i was going up one at 40mph with no rear light and switched indicators on a foot high monkeybike and 2am and in the wrong direction!, never been on a motorway, seems too easy and boring, much prefer A Roads =]

mine didnt go to court, and i still got a lovely snap-shot of me on a corner which looks great on my wall hehe, not sure about video's though... I got done for the same speed in the same limit but not a carriageway and got 3 points and 60 quid finem im only 17 and they tend to be a bit nasty to us y...
