Couldn't agree more, Police inspired, led and funded vigilanties.
I will sleep well tonight knowing that my taxes are being spent on such a worthwhile "intelligence gathering" operation. I'm sure it'll make a huge difference in the fight against home-grown terrorisism! |

Might not be a case of people being "dumb", more likely people are lost due to the fact that there are so many different types of "road monitoring" systems in place now.
Anyone know what the tall ones with the glass bowls on the A1 near Dishforth are? |

OK, does that mean SPECS etc also get it wrong?
Does that mean that ANPR will never be used for speed checking?
