The 50mg alcohol limit rearing its head again. I remember reading some research a few years ago that showed accident levels falling with alcohol levels between 0 and 80mg. I can't seem to find it now. Does anybody know where I could find it?

I tried to stop my local council from imposing a lower limit on my street. It was a 30 limit on a quiet cul-de-sac, and no-one ever drives fast along it anyway.
