The rules were changed at the end of last year for a sliding scale. You will more then likely get a FPN but very unliklely that it will be 3/60

Here is a breakdown of teh guidelines used for FPN.

Speed cameras do have a use and are good for some situations. However I beleve they are overused and some of their uses are dubias at best.

Ive had ny NIP, got it earlier today. I know im not likely to get ne more speedning conviction from then to today. I have filled it in as i was driving the car. I just think its weak that they restircted so much of the A38 when it was holely unnecesarry

I was caught doing 50 MPH by a mobile speed camera van on the A38 near sutton coldfield.
