Any person in charge of a 1500 kg lump of metal who is incapable of remaining at or below the posted speed limit should not be in charge of a vehicle. any driver who can't judge their speed without having to constantly look at their speedo is either drunk or so incompetant that they should not be driving in the first place. Period.

yeah, so the roadworker at my work who was killed about 2 years ago on the city bypass in Edinburgh, I,m sure his widow will agree 100% with your comment. Lets speed through road works and if any roadworker gets killed, well tough sh**t
