| hi i am looking for a few more law's to help my case the one i'm going to be using is the (section 14.4 "ten feet from the carriageway")..but i have read some where that on a dual carrage way there has to be a car on each side . does anyone know where i can find this ...it would help alot ... |

| hi all and hope you can help .. just recieved my court summons today acctual date of offence 3/12/05,over 6 months .. they say i was doing 40 in a 30 zone strange as 200 ft back from where pic was took is a standard speed camera..i was snaped by a car that was sitting off road 4 lanes and 20 ft of g... |
