All this debate over an offence that carries NO POINTS and just a £30 fine. Just pay the fine!

Unless of course you are protesting out of principle but if you had these principles you wouldnt have been using a bus lane to queue jump in the first place.

His/her job
His/her pension
Probable fine
Possible custodial sentence

Selfish selfish driver, I hope you get stuck on for it all and get the ban you deserve. 59mph in a 50... not exactly the biggest motoring offence in the world! Driving with no insurance when you are not good enough to drive (ie you HAVENT passed your test!) You could have killed someone you fucking ...

If this is all true then surely noone will ever get convicted of speeding offences from fixed cameras if they are savvy (in other words a liar who is perverting the course of justice). Everyone could use the "don't know who was driving defence" as every one can claim a partner/friend/sibli...

Lets be honest, you are NOT being harrassed, you are however clearly a menace on the roads endangering the life of others. You are ranting incoherently and demonstrating that you are as thick as shit and have no personality. Get a life mate, the Police have a difficult enough job without idiots like...

M friend was in court today took along the other possible driver and got let off. :D Nice result no speeding and no failing to provide. That's great to hear. All too often people lose these cases even when it's staggeringly unfair. It's good to know that some magistrates won't go along with ...

Not in a Porsche it isn't Fingers crossed for a lengthy ban. Attitudes like that cost lives and whilst I have sympathy with people caught exceeding limits on roads where the limit is arguably set too low you have displayed a lot of wrecklessness here. Unfortunately after the ban is over you wont ch...

All three of those scenarios are valid and if there was such a valid reason for the speeding then it would have been a good idea to perhaps tell the PC! Instead the OP seems to think he can flash his ID in a "look at me, Im more important than you, I can speed" way which would seldo...

Even if the PC did recognise the security pass then why would this have made a difference to the way you were dealt? Im pretty sure the pass doesn't say on it "Allowed to drive at ridiculous speed on A Roads" so why should this pass in itself let you off? Its up to the courts to decide whe...

Im not sure if repeating the same 3 or 4 statements over and over again is an attempt by Andy to wind people up or whether hes all there! Relax Andy! That chip on your shoulder isn't healthy! ...
