Some people have told me that the majority of these cameras are not loaded with film but still flash - is this true? Is there any way I can check whether I have been caught or is it simply a case of waiting?

| I got flashed last Wednesday by a Gatso camera. No complaints - I just didn't see it and was defo travelling too fast so I am expecting a fine through the post any day.
