A Spanish lorry driver has been arrested after three children and two adults were killed in a pile-up on the M6 motorway in Cheshire.

There are a few roundabouts like that around my way too Some did have wicker fencing at the side of the approach road as well with all the plants and shrubs stuck in the middle as well. Don't think I will write a letter if thats the responses you get  |

A pensioner died after his buggy collided with a Pick-up truck in Wiltshire. I have often wondered about the safety of these buggies. On numerous ocassions I have seen them whizzing around with the ocuppant unawares with whats going on around them

My local council have introduced charging for the disabled in their car parks. But they have introduced a scheme to get reduced payments.
I don't know if any other County Council does this already,or something new. Would charging them cause more of them to park on road?  |
