yes and yes.
So the lower speed limit wouldn't have made ANY difference.
and they didn't suggest this several years ago when an identical accident at the previous junction to this one cost 3 people their lives. |

| The traffic incident they were attending was on Tarbolton Road, Dundonald - just a few miles from the NEXT junction from the one the collision happened at. I'm not laying the blame on the cameras, but we all know that there's not really such a thing as an 'accident' - just a series of mistakes, faul... |
