Hi Folks What is your take on this....? My wife went to renew her tax disc at our local post office yesterday but was told by the clerk that she couldn't do it because her insurance certificate expires at mid-day, and not mid-night (on 24 April 2010)! I've never heard this excuse from the PO before ...
