3.= HGVs/LGVs/Taxi (to be honest we should be using rail freight for long distances but I'll give them the HGVs the benefit the doubt that they journey is local) 4. HGVs (to my mind a 42 tonne vehicle is inappropriate for anything other than major roads and depots should be positioned accordingly) ...

My dad used to drive a truck with R.O.I. plates on it. Everytime a speed camera flashed him he never heard anything about it :lol: :lol: 8-)

Yes i think graphic adverts are a good idea. Here in N.I. there are adverts about drink driving, boy racers, not wearing seatbelts and speeding. All have graphic detail. Are there not ones like this in England?
