I have just trawled through some of the statements by DeltaF and the other guy and quite frankly I am amazed you 2 took up so much time debating the pros & cons of speed cameras and trading insults when there is a simple and logical argument to all this and for EVERYONE to drive as the highway ...

Is there really such a massive difference between 50 and 60 on roads such as this, where you can't reasonably get to 60 for the most part? What is really funny is that it is just above Sheffield City Airport..... but if you look to the nearest airport link down the page.... Does seem a bit daft but I assume it's cos Sheffield City Airport aint a commercial airport :wink: It is, actually. But it's only STOL and all the carriers pulled ...

It's probably something the ABD should do instead. They could work out the per ton cost the govt are expecting people to pay and then ask why BP can do it for £5 a ton and if so why can't people opt out of those taxes if they join the BP scheme or equivalent and actually do something constructive. ...

Is it me or is the SPECS camera to the right setup up for rear capture? Nah it's shadows. I know the road well, all the cameras are set up for front capture, as you would expect.
