I'm getting the distinct feeling that the view is that unless you have plenty of time and money on your hands, it's fairly pointless fighting SPECS offences.
So much for "innocent until proven guilty"!

| Thanks. I was already looking at that anyway and at this stage was more interested if anybody else had any experience of these particular SPECS cameras, particularly given the "exactness" (if that's even a word!) of the time and speed and wether the computer system running these things mig... |
