looks like it has finally been proved the congestion in greater manchester is being engineered by the councils, as car numbers have gone quite a bit down in the last 6 years.

Ever two years after the inital period from new, er I think 1 year is spot on as it is.

If it was two I would not have know about the splitting brake hose on my car that actally popped on the brake test on its MOT in January.

the people on here from Greater Manchester need to vote to remove as many labour councillors on May 3rd Thursday next week as possible.

The costs are silly, I put off stuff thats not dangerous till I cant any more at MOT time.
