cheers for your words smeggy - if i can be offered a fine and poiints, i'd be very very happy.
should i get myself a lawyer now, or wait for written confirmation from teh procurator fiscal?

| hi there i'm not proud of this at all - i'm really anoyed that ive just been caught by an unmarked car, foolishly doing 101.25mph on the m74 north of gretna. i already have three points for a non-speeding related offense, so i'm fully expecting to recieve a ban. having a ban would seriously wreck my... |
