M6 toll road

i suspect our message may get clouded as they may think we are protesting about the toll charges, plus we would have to pay and fill the coffers when we should be preventing them picking our pockets when we exceed the limit slightly

They also have that stupid 'variable limit' which suceeds in defeating the object very well, if this went ahead (on the M25) remember the lanes switch from 4 to 3 then 2 and so on etc so it would need a bit of planning if we wanted to keep a lane clear

A flash when driving on the opposite side of the road usually indicates a dummy camera in my experience if a GATSO. (edited) you will have a 14 day wait to see if you receive anything provided you are and have been the registered keeper for some time and not moved recently, but as of yet i have not ...

Not much to do at present if you are taking the 'disclosure route', you are only entitled to the full session video when a plea of not guilty is entered when a summons is received, however if you doubt you were at the scene as stated above then there would be no harm in requesting the photographs, v...

At the end of the day, the unfortunate fact is that road deaths have gone up, Cameras are therefore not effective in what they supposedly aim to achieve.

yes you should be - that's what you learn on your theory test and so If you have forgotten perhaps you should do it again? You are also taught to drive safely, not to keep your eyes glued to the side of the road in anticipation of one sign amongst many which we already have to deal with, Are you te...

It is my responsibility byny, to drive safely i agree, so why is it that all of a sudden a 50mph limit is required? what is wrong with 70mph as it was before? it wasn't dangerous as you would suggest, I was punished for driving safely which involved watching the road ahead, i don't believe I should ...

byny said: took my test a year ago and since then I have never had a fine for speeding, All I have had to do to avoid this is drive within the legal speed limit as indicated by the road signs. Is it really that difficult for people to keep within the speed limit? I find it incredible that people see...
