Hi Guys, I was driving yesterday around the bath/bristol area and there saw a man with a camera on a tripod at the side of the road while a white motorbike was standing beside him. He wasnt in hi-vis like motor bike police officers normally are and i didnt see any markings on the bike saying police ...
