If its vascar then there would be video evidence wouldn`t there??
Also dont the police using vascar like to show you the video

M friend was in court today took along the other possible driver and got let off. 
Nice result no speeding and no failing to provide. |

| I always thought that if you were turning right you can enter a box junction. There is one on the washway rd in sale (manchester) which is within two feet of the white line so if you can`t enter you would en up sitting there for ages as the filter on the lights isn`t always on |

it also says on the witness statment that all signs were correct and no video was recorded.

its been confirmed that the sign is non compliant. if only he had returned the nip saying it was him then we could get him off.

I was also thinking that
if i break out of prison but was falsely imprisioned can i be done for breaking out of a prison i wasnt supposed to be in, in the first place.
there are also no repeater signs for at least 2 miles |

| I`m not trying to get off. Fair cop guv(although if there was a large chance) however as I`m a self employed courier so taking the day off work would cost me £100 plus the fine . The summons is for using the phone I hope i dont get another one for failing to produce although i was given an extention... |

| Hiya folks I got caught using my phone back in july. couldnt produce my licence as it was at dvla paid my fine then got a letter saying its going to court and here`s a refund. I have today recieved my court summons. That says i drove a motor vehicle namely nissan registration PO56 HWB, on a road etc... |

My advise based on 2 recent accidents that where clearly not my fault is that if they can they will settle 50:50 especially if you use the insurances lawyers.
so my advise would be speak to Anniesdad (do a search for his username) |
