| van, and the reason why im asking is because i was caught by this specific van last summer doing 63 in 40 but i wasnt doing anything that Ridiculous speed i was barely over 40 |

| you know your speedo isnt accurate give ot take 10% eg say your speedo says your going 44 but your real speed given by the GPS is 40 do the cameras give you the GPS or speedo 10% rule so you could be going 48 in speedo terms but in GPS term your going 44 or somewhere around these guidlines. | i was on the a217 which the speed limit is 40mph i was overtaking a lorry in the proccess and while i was overtaking the lorry my needle was just slightly above 40 but not much my question is will i get a NIP or do the laser guns offer abit of threshold, please reply as im SHITTING myself literally |

| it looked like it was just abondoned there in the garage forecourt it was 1.45am and the garege looked shut. It just looked out of place because it was on an a road with forests either side and out of know were there it was |

| i was going along some A road at about 145am when i saw a police car it was a ford focus estate parked up in a petrol station facing me side on it didnt have a speed camera sign it just had the white blue paint work is this a speed camera or what??? |

| basically i got on at leather head junction and got of at m3 i dont know what junctions they are but when i did just over 40 on one of them it was near the m3 junction so are those the junctions with no speed cameras? |

| i was on the M25 today getting on the M3 at 9am and the variable speed limit was on, i was doing just above 40 and i dont know what the speed camera was set to but i braked to 40's my question is will i get caught i dont remember what the speed sign was on the Gantry but ive read some of your posts ... |

| ive read somewere that after youve sent the NIP back they then review your allegation or wotever eg send you a COFP or a summons but i think il get a COFP as i was doing 3mph under the summons the summons in a 40mph is 66mph |

| got the dreaded NIP and it says i was doing 63MPH in a 40MPH but the thing is i didnt get conditional offer please help im very scared |
