I think the point is that it would be better to prevent the police diminishing further instead! Agree, BUT, if its out of our control to do that.......then the point I am making is that we have a new service which can almost fill the gap and we should make good use of them. Thatsnews, I have been reading your comments intently and you really seem to have a chip on your shoulder about HATO's. Why do you look to the negative in a situation rather than concentrate on making good use of resources that are available?............
