| Well, the 3rd party has finally accepted 100% liability. It would have taken very little time except my insurance company basically did nothing at all for most of the time! |

| Wonder if anyone can help. I was driving along slowly when the other person was well on my side of the road overtaking a (stationary) long vehicle. Although I attempted to avoid the other car I was unable to do so. Surely liability is 100% the fault of the other driver? The other driver is claiming ... |
