| Whilst important to guide people to be safe making it legslation is wrong in my opinion. Some horse riding groups don't wear helmets and don't in the area all the time either. I remember and miss him every day. Just gut wrenching.
Seems unreal that this year will be 11 yrs ! So much crazy stuff has happened to me.

| It would be good to know (& I might consider that he does) have evidence like we do to back this up. Everything from the 85th %ile, to the fact that when you change a limit, people rarely change their speed by more than 1mph! |
