| A couple of points here. I don't know the exact circumstances of this sign, but the two I pass fairly regularly are both positioned just inside a 30 zone, which you go into from a derestricted or 50 zone. If this is the case here, cars slowing down without sudden braking to the 30 limit could easily... |
