I use that part of the M1 regularly (tavelling day and night) and have seen no cameras if that helps?

On joining this forum I was looking for some constructive advice not opinions that I should be behind bars etc. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I respect that. I will update on the outcome when decided by the court. Does anybody know what the sentence would likely to be if found guilty?

I was recently stopped on the A1 for doing 118mph I would never normally travel at this speed but I felt threated by a motorbike which was very close to my rear - unable to pull over into the left lane (due to traffic)I accelerated then pulled over into the left lane when able to do so.
