| On the 29th of November, I drove under one of the VSL gantries (marked at 40) with my speedo indicating just under 50. It was raining heavily, and I saw a flash (seemed to be only one). Was this lightning or am I in trouble? |

| I recently crossed a stop line as the lights went red, and I noticed a red light camera in my mirror, but it did not flash. Am I safe? |

| All very good points. I think if we did decide to delimit suitable roads, it would be best done in stages. So first of all a quiet motorway, let's say the M45 would be derestricted first, then busier motorways, then a road like the A14 or A55, then finally more mainstream roads. Many roads that are ... |
