Do we really need the reading of threads to be spoilt by someone using
 as an avatar?
Almost 30% of the screen space is lost and the text runs off the screen to the right.
Frankly, I can't be arsed to follow threads such as those. |

| Found this: C&U regs Basically it looks as though if the load is up to 305mm overhanging on both sides then you can carry it but you must inform the police at least 2 working days in advance. As Willcove states though, I would imagine that these regs apply to goods vehicles... I'll keep looking... |

A vehicle parked on a 'road' is being 'used' even though it is not being driven.
The only exception is when it ceases to be a 'motor vehicle'. i.e. It has been dismantled to such an extent that there is little likelihood of it ever again functioning as a vehicle. |
