Load of utter rubbish Steve, what utter rubbish. Having banned someone whom is now in custody is a pointless exercise, and nothing could be done to help someones driving when someone is proven to be lying and willfully doing something directly against the entire ethos that this site is about. I'd lo... |

This bias claim is being handled via PM as was asked by Claire. As you are well aware of. Since you say they are nothing more than air, I'll outline it here (though not the details in consideration of what I have been asked - but I fully approve of someone posting all these details). I am very conce... |

I'll Pm you the details - but not having it public merely enforces my point about bias. I did all this before and it went nowhere. |

Nice try Steve. Are you trying to perfect the art of twisting things? I'm here, as stated many moons ago, for the sake of trying to get him to realise his driving is bad. Like I said, the people on here are among the few I thought he might actually listen too. Except I the page with all the evidence... |

Sarahs law is a bit of a double edged sword. The problem is vigilantes, and the people who do things like demonstrate outside an offenders home. While I cannot summon up any sympathy for those convicted, it only helps to drive them underground. It has to be said that the authorities do not maintain ... |

It's like I said at the beginning Steve, your going to absoloutly massive effort to try and convince me otherwise, when I said I simply don't have time nor inclanation to do it. And again, I see a massive list of quotes and almost half a page of reply from you. You seem to totally ignore what I said... |

You are a sensitive soul ! I was explaining my possible earlier thought ! OF course I have no knowledge of this - am now curious though that you claim to have a great deal of knowledge on this. Yep this is now all totally off topic and I am going to move it ... Yes, I do claim to have a lot of know... |

...and that it's wasn't such a leap anger me greatly. ... The way I meant that is not the way that you have taken it. When people are abused they go one of two (typical) routes - they can become very promiscuous or very frigid. The 'wasn't such a leap' referred to the potential damage that prior in... |

First of all, a massive apology. I simply dont have the inclanation to reply to all points raised (namely Steve and SS2). I realise you spent time answering, and I thank you for that. But in my defence, this was the exact point I raised, about getting totally bogged down in replies. I'm going to ans... |

Indeed it is, although I felt it definatly worth clarifiying that the victims were indeed victims, and not to lessen what some (I don't know details of some) suffered. I don't mind admitting that such assumptions that 'she didn't care' and that it's wasn't such a leap anger me greatly. Actually, it ... |

But did you Tone? (I'm not insulting, being devils advocate). When she says shes at xxxx you beleive her, no? How many times have you seen parents saying 'but she said she was at her friends, and we never had cause to disbeleive her, she was such an honest girl, she always told the truth to us.' on ... |

Interesting aspect to this case... social networking sites! :scratchchin: We hear all the time of perverts cruising social network sites looking for victims, yet here we have a 13 year old girl lying about her age, and posing for pictures having MET the perpetrator! Richards met a 13-year-old girl ... |

The simplest way (although there are a few others) is looking at his profile. The company is there, and the company is mentioned in the news article.
You can also time the point from when he stopped posting to when he was taken into remand for breaking bail conditions. |

Steve, you *just* don't get it do you? Are you deliberatly being obtuse, or is this just an effort to try and 'win' a discussion on a forum? I am not going to follow your links, your claims, nothing. I have looked at the claimed evidence on here. I have told you this time and time again. The OP was ... |

Indeed Steve. 'Folks here '. To me, that's already been proven to be a fruitless and very likely biased exercise, as I explained before. Besides, I'm not here to give contrary evidence. I have looked at it all and have my own opinions, and also incorperated into that is various other things, like th... |

But as an old’ish very experienced driver and rider, and notwithstanding all you have said Mr P, what brought me here is what makes me stay. i.e. Experienced drivers with a life-long impeccable accident-free driving record are being done for speeding. And so the conclusion I came to is that whether... |

Malcom, I'm not getting into yet another of these infamous discussions where one person claims one thing and another argues. In my view there was no reason to put that other than to infer what I said before. It's like some silly art of insulting but being able to claim it's not. Anyway, I hav... |

Everyone is entitled to their opinion including Pratnership. Why, am I somehow lower in status than you or others? That's an ad hominem attack in some peoples eyes, even if it is subtle. Either that or you genuinely feel that my opinion isn't worth much for some reason. Either supports what I said ... |
