| Does anyone else think that the law on hgv's being restricted to 40mph on single carriageways needs an urgent change? I feel that when an hgv sticks faithfully to the limit on certain busy roads like the a9 perth-inverness road it either acts as a rolling road block or forces cars and vans etc to ov... |

| They have the variable speed limits outside schools here in scotland and i have never seen anyone slow to the 20mph also they seem to flash all day at some schools all day and never switch off. |
