A little progress - my fathers case has been dropped against him - dont know where that leaves me tho. The actual offence was 8 -9 months ago now and my solictor advised me that they needed to prosecute within 6 months of the offence. I'm not quite sure what I can't answer under the act as last post...

In July 2003 my father and I went on a trip to Norfolk. We recieve NIP and thought my father was driving he was insured on my vehicle at the time. :? Has anyone been charged or cautioned under this regarding a speeding offence? If so can you tell me what happened - you dont have to let me know who you are. I could do with some advice :cry:
