A couple of weeks ago Caernarfon Magistrates Court decided that the Temporary Traffic Regulation Order made by Gwynedd Council imposing the 30mph limit on the roadworks was illegal as the Council failed to follow correct procedures. If you have received an NIP for exceeding 30mph at these roadworks you should appeal straight away citing that the road is illegally signed and that the traffic order introduced by Gwynedd Council cannot be enforced.
