| Glad someones mentioned president Tony's other little stealth tax...... I've lived in the centre of Manchester for 9 years. I see what you mean.......! As well as using objectivity when i vote (VERY rare in the UK) i'll see to it that i steer people towards this site to get a clearer picture of whats really going on.
