I used to think Jeremy Clarkson was cool!

But....

Why does he not keep his high speed driving skills honed properly, he should be 'Testing Cars' at 90mph in 30 zones and 159mph down the M54.

Take his picture down from the 'Cool Board' this week, and replace it with
PC Mark Milton.
