I'm new to the forums and was wondering whether anybody could help me. Today i was driving this afternoon i saw vehicle (vauxell ) with flashing sign on the back window indecate (DVLA CHECK) with on stand camera out side the car does this check include speeding!!!!!!!! because i was doing 55mph on 5...
