If these cameras really cant be spotted then i suppose this will be a huge step forward to eliminating speeding by drivers. Most drivers will not want to risk a ban/points thus will drive within the speed limit. When enough do so it must reach some kind of tipping point where that forces pretty much...

My advice, buy a bicycle. Enjoy riding it and reflect on your actions. Hopefull you will have learned enough to be trusted with a licence when you get one back.
