Interesting, of course, but what has the price of petrol in russia got to do with whether or not a copper did the right thing with that speeding motorist?

| I have often wondered why there is not a discrimination issues with the cameras that take photo's from the front I don't think it's discrimination either. motorbikes do not have licence plates on the front. It's not without good reason that they used to be known as "bacon slicers" :lol: They ceased... |

| I`m not aware of any forward facing camaras in the Cardiff area, what road was this? It is a bog-standard, normal Gatso. If you know Cardiff, it's the one on North Road, between Colum Road and Corbett Road and is aimed at slowing northbound traffic before a zebra-crossing, Ambulance Station entranc... |

| Thanks for the reply. Definitely a rear-facing Gatso camera which flashed as I approached it on the otherside of the road. Definitely no lines on the road in the lane I was in, which is possibly why I was less careful than I should have been (that and the fact that I'd already passed the zebra cross... |
