Could anyone help with this question? I was caught doing 36 in a 30 with a handheld speedgun from a parked police vehicle. I asked for the witness statement from the Hampshire Constabulary. When it arrived the form has been signed by the constable but has NOT been witnessed. Any chance of this mista...
