| My route to work is either stop/start main road or a rat run with speed humps. The former takes an extra 20 minutes or, put another way, the latter shortens my working day by 20 minutes. So I use it. The rat run didn't used to have speed humps. It does now. The volume of traffic has reduced slightly... |

Agreed.
In fact I think there are cases for both vehicle activated signs AND speed cameras, the latter a few tens of car lengths after the former, at certain specific places. however, these places really are few and far between. |
