Forum search is working fine for me.

What's wrong from your end?

Whatever I search for just returns "No topics or posts met your search criteria" - including obvious things like "speed camera".

Try a different browser (by way of elimination).

Doesn't work in either IE or Firefox.

It's still perfectly normal here. (And I'm accessing the server in the exact same way as everyone else; currently in Opera).

Is there anyone else for whom search has died?

Can you try a different computer Peter?

Search is fine for me. HOWEVER, unusally I got a 404 error first time I tried it (but I think that MUST be my end).

The facility seems to be working selectively.
It consistently give hits for the single terms "camera" and "safespeed" but never for "safe" or "speed".

Perhaps it takes too long to execute such huge and useless searches?

I think I can adjust the timeouts. Standby.
