A fact of life; not everyone who comments on a topic is prepared to try and understand it to its fullest. Gut feelings and instinct are often sufficient 'evidence' upon which to base an opinion.
You could go on there and point the pro-camera posters to your website pages as you often do, I suspect most wouldn't bother reading it because they don't
want to believe it.
You will have this problem with any subject. the human psyche is designed to form it's opinion by such 'gut feel' and then look for means (statistics/quotes/facts) to back up this opinion when challenged.
Don't ask me to quote a source where I got this from, it was some psychology book or other.
