my new name for tailgater's and especially those who just hang on to the car in front and don't seem to overtake.
Yappy drivers. Like small yappy type dogs. They just hang on and don't let go.

Waspys, like when you’re having a picnic or relaxed at a country pub and it just won’t off no matter how you gesticulate.

I usually turn it into a game and trap the annoying bugger under a pint glass. In my cartoon head I imagine myself doing the same to yappy or waspy drivers.
