Ernest,
Your photo's of the A595 at Ings with the cameras. From what I can tell, there are no street lamps, no speed signs, and it is a dual carriageway, so 70 mph limit for cars then. Is that right???

Spar lorries - I think I remember this happening when I was up there, so 93-94. Does that sound about right?
