One thing not mentioned is that you need a permit to protest and you can be arrested for protesting within 1000?m of downing street.

Makes it more fun though!

Unfortunately, it doesn't actually petition the government to do anything - and so probably breaks one of the conditions for creating a petition.

I think it petitions them to 'take notice'. But if that's a problem, then the wording needs improving, that's all.

Perhaps 2 seperate petitions then ?

1)
"That the people object to the human rights breach of compelling people to afix ,and pay for ,tolling equipment installed in our vehicles"

2) "Consider the object to the human rights breach of compelling people to afix ,and pay for ,tracking equipment installed in our vehicles"

Or some conjoining .
Thought two would cause HMG more problems.
