You don't suppose it was being reminded of this...

However, having reviewed the various Internet communications by Mr Callaghan and his contributions to web sites, I do not find these useful in terms of the aims and operations of the Cumbria Safety Camera Partnership and these contributions have ceased.

...do you?
It's never worried him before though. :?
And it is not like he still manages the CSCP. (incidentally, who DOES manage the CSCP now?

Maybe we are asking too many questions at one time - perhaps we should limit them to one a day from now on? :scratchchin:

The trouble with inventing answers, is that you have to have a good memory, so that you don't contradict something you said before... so it is worth spending a little time to consider your replies so that you get it right, and don't end up with something stupid like "CHEF Constable".
Typos and expletives are a sure sign that somebody is getting stressed - then starts making other mistakes!

It is still very quiet in here still - can everyone else still see the thread?

Regarding the original post:
I noticed that on Saturday, there was an unmarked vehicle parked on the "Police Only" camera van spot on the Kendal side of Ings - but nobody in it!
It didn't look like a typical unmarked car - I suspect it was somebody who over shot the turning into the Little Chef, who had simply parked up and walked back!
It seems these "Police Only" perches are not strictly enforced if nobody is waiting to use them!

Hahah, that's valid use of space, isn't it? I mean it's better than people parking onto a disabled spot, cause then you'd feel guilty, but why not pretend to be an unmarked 'police only' vehicle and get good parking hahah. Or maybe they are introducing a new trend to catch speeding drivers without even having a person in the car :D

Probably a certain collection of coloured planks, abusing his "rank" or delusion of such.

My views do not represent Safespeed but those of a driver who has driven for 39 yrs, in all conditions, at all times of the day & night on every type of road and covered well over a million miles, so knows a bit about what makes for safety on the road, what is really dangerous and needs to be observed when driving and quite frankly, the speedo is way down on my list of things to observe to negotiate Britain's roads safely, but I don't expect some fool who sits behind a desk all day to appreciate that.
